China's rare earth exports fell slightly in the year to April 2020

According to customs statistics, from January to April 2020, China exported 15,357.3 tons of rare earth, down 1.7% from the same period last year and down from the previous three months.

According to the cumulative data analysis, from January to march in 2020, the export volume of rare earth was 11,040.6 tons, down 2.3% compared with the same period last year.From January to April 2019, China exported 15,626.3 tons of rare earth.In the early january-february period, China exported 5,489 tons of rare earths, down 17.3 percent from a year earlier.

In addition, a total of 910 million yuan worth of rare earth exports were exported in the first four months of this year, down 11.5 percent from last year's 1.02 billion yuan.

Exports were 4,316.7 tons last month, down from 5,551.4 tons in March and the highest monthly record since June 2014, down 0.3 percent from a year earlier.
